Sitting is a routine that is often done by people of all ages.  
Much time has been spent on this one activity. Various factors are the cause.  

For office workers, a lot of work which they accomplishedby just sitting in the den.  
In fact, there is a startling fact thatfor too long sat inthe daily activities would endanger the health of the body and invites many deadly diseases.  

So, what are the dangers of sitting too longfor health .... ???
According to theDiabetes Group at the University of Leicester, said thatpeople who spend more time sittingtoo long will have a risk of developing diabetes, heart disease and shorten life.
The researchers also suggested to increase physical activity such as walking aroundto reduce or eliminate various bad effects of prolonged sitting such.

According to Professor Stuart Biddle of Loughborough University, those who go to the gym after a day sittinghad better physical health than those who immediately sat down to watch television after a long day at work....

easy living in the digital age is a positive impact in terms of speeding up all of a person's job. However, no positive effect on health care quality improvement in the body.

This is because, the routines thatwe did a lot to do in front of a computer or a laptop that requires a person to sit ina relatively long time

Various solutions that we can do to reduce or even eliminate various bad damp at result of sitting too long.
1.      Regular exercise in the morning for30 minutes aretips to nourish the entire body and your joints. You canbegin with leisurelywalking, slow running, cycling or even swimming.
2.      For office workers, try to leave a few minutes when a long pause for approximately half an hour. With activity in the street or walk a little bit out of your work space.
3.      For surfers cyberspace or the hobby of surfing, then give the rest to the organs eyes and walk out of the room for a few minutes after sitting for 30 minutes in front of a computer screen or laptop.
4.      Too long watching televisionwould force someone to sit with long periods of time. Therefore, limit television viewing to a healthier life.
