Scientists Reveal Mystery Tomb Largest Prehistoric Dog


 
Based on the findings it became known that dogs are buried with their owners, given the beautiful clothes or favorite objects. The goal is that the dog does not get lost on the way to the afterlife.

Robert Losey of the University of Alberta said that the burial of a dog in the pre-history shows that dogs have a special place in the community of pre-history. As well as cats and horses.
On Lake Baikal show some evidence that dogs treated with dignity, just like humans.

"The dogs are treated like human beings when they die," Losey said as quoted by the Daily Mail, Friday (11/03/2016).
 
In one instance, a man was found buried along with him two dogs. But the dogs were treated very well as humans. 

The results of chemical analysis of the dog bones suggest they were fed the same diet as the human pre-history, including meat and fish obtained from hunting.

"The evidence revealed that the dog was so loved and cared for human pre-history. Just as we do now," said Losey.

"What distinguishes, dogs are also involved in everyday activities such as hunting. While the dogs today more are maintained," he added.

Losey pledged to continue studying the dig site Siberia which is the largest archaeological collection of dog throughout the Arctic region. Losey hope, the research he and his friends did can reveal the emotional connection between man and dog in the past.



Dogs are known as man's best friend. And that apparently has been in force since time immemorial. Excavation of artifacts around Lake Baikal, Siberia, reveals the discovery of dogs aged order of 5,000 to 8,000 years ago.
